Mindful Mamas

The last few months have been a journey. As many of you know, I am moving through my first pregnancy, and I’ve been learning and growing (literally!) in so many ways. But what I have noticed, is that while everyone tells you how amazing pregnancy is, what a blessing it is (and it is!), that despite this it can be a very lonely time. It’s a time where so much of your life, and your body, is an uncertainty. We travel through pregnancy with mixed emotions, and sometimes this can feel overwhelming. We have appointments with midwives and doctors, but the time between these is often long, and in those times we just have to trust our body and hope we are doing everything right.

So this July I am launching a new group: Mindful Mamas. I want to offer a safe space for expectant mamas. A space where you can learn breathing techniques and meditation, to ease your worries during pregnancy and give you tools for labour and beyond.
My aim is to ease the worries, anxieties and stresses that arise during pregnancy. To offer a way to ride the waves of emotion, enjoy every last minute bonding with the life you are creating, and create new friendships on the way.
