Yin Yoga invites you to explore stillness – of mind and of body. Resting in asanas for an extended time, we allow the fascia, the connective tissues of the body, to completely relax. We provide space for the mind to become busy, to draw awareness to our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and then create stillness. A deeply meditative practice suitable for all.
